Justin is the founder and President of Harbor Stone Advisors. He leads the organization with an open, honest, and collaborative approach while maintaining the firm’s core vision: expertise, results, and integrity. Verner’s unwavering focus on his specialty (Multifamily Investment Sales), client-first approach, continual improvement, and long term, advisory philosophy have been instrumental in his career.
Justin’s track record spans over a decade and includes successfully transacting in excess of 250 apartment/investment deals. Prior to founding Harbor Stone Advisors, Verner worked for national brokerage firm SVN. There he led their Mid-Atlantic multifamily investment sales team and continually ranked in the top 1% of advisors nationwide. On numerous occasions, Verner was elected to Partner’s Circle, the most prestigious national award achievable.
Justin graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His concentration was Finance and he minored in Management Information Systems. Verner sits on the board of Charles Street Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization.
